Instead of interviewing the Vermont Senator on his Sunday "Politics" show, instead of asking his Pundit Panel what they thought of the Sanders' Candidacy,
Chuck Todd took it upon himself to single-handedly "discount" Sanders' Candidacy, like so:
"I don't think [Sanders] is as interested in defeating Hillary Clinton, or even to pull Hillary Clinton to the Left, as he is to enhance Bernie Sanders, and the role he thinks he deserves in the Progressive debate."
Of course, if Todd had bothered to asked Senator Sanders, or had listened to
others who had,
he would have gotten Answers -- that directly contradict the
"Todd Take on Sanders."
Because we all know, Politics in America is ALL ABOUT What Chuck Todd Thinks ... umm, Not.
Here is what Chuck Todd thinks "substitutes" for a substantial Candidate interview. His kurt video presumptions are, well -- rather self-serving, to say the least.

Chuck's Take: Bernie Sanders' entrance into the presidential race brings pitfalls for Hillary Clinton.
Sanders supporters, and Progressives in general, we've got a lot of
creative work to do, to break through this Media Freeze-out.
Every Ben, Carly, and Huck gets treated with MTP Dignity (for their expected Presidential Candidacy announcements).
Our Candidate deserves no less, simply because his views are decidedly on the Progressive end of the political spectrum.
The job of "real" journalists is to Report those Views -- not to censor, filter, or otherwise interpret them.
Chuck Todd needs to do his "Journalist" job, assuming he even remembers what that means. But you know what they say about "assumptions" ...
